Kelly (Reimel) is very professional and brings a positive attitude to our lessons. She is very encouraging, and explains what is happening during the lesson. We are also the parents of a child who drowned a year ago, so these lessons are very important to us. Kelly knows this, and has made us as comfortable as possible during the lessons by talking us through the process and encouraging our daughter. We are finding our daughter’s lessons to be a positive experience, and we hope that if she is ever in a dangerous situation in the water, that she will be able to use her skills to survive.
